Commercial Flat Roof Restoration – Pinecrest Business Park
A local commercial property management company approached us to address persistent ponding water and membrane failures across three adjoining flat roof sections totalling 8,400 sq ft. We performed a full infrared moisture scan to identify saturated insulation, removed and replaced affected sections, and applied a seamless TPO membrane system with heat-welded seams throughout. Custom-fabricated metal coping was installed along all parapet walls, and new interior drains were added to improve water flow. The restored roof now carries a 20-year manufacturer warranty and has passed two subsequent inspections without issue.
