Storm Damage Repair – Maplewood Estate
Following a severe hail and wind event, this large estate property sustained significant roof damage including cracked ridge caps, lifted flashing, and dozens of fractured shingles across both the main structure and a detached garage. We worked directly with the homeowner’s insurance adjuster to document all damage and scope the repairs accurately. The project involved replacing approximately 60% of the primary roof surface, full replacement of all step and chimney flashing, and re-sealing and re-nailing lifted sections. All work matched the existing CertainTeed Landmark Pro profile and colour for a seamless finish.
